Our Mens 2nd XI currently compete in the Sussex Marlets 1 League. With a proactive squad, all new players are welcome to contact the club captain on men@leweshc.com or turn up at training (Southdown Club Astro in Lewes) on Thursdays.

To confirm, training will be every Thursday at 8pm throughout the season with Suzy Clapp, our current Mens 1&2 Club coach, and pre-season for this squad begins on 1st August, 2024.

We are always on the lookout for new players of all ages to add to the squad and we also welcome students from both Brighton and Sussex Universities with the offer a discounted student membership rate. The club is a 10 minute walk from Lewes train station which is then 7 minutes on the train to Falmer and 15 minutes into Brighton.

As a club we have our own astro at the Southdown Sports Club in Lewes with an inviting clubhouse with a bar/café, which makes for some great socials throughout the season, as well as great facilities on site including a gym, squash courts and tennis courts.
