Lewes Hockey Club

The Nala's is our younger U14 girls squad playing in the Sussex Development League on Saturdays and as our U14 girls team when playing in the England Hockey Tier 3 League on Sundays - so a great compliment to our Lionesses, providing more opportunities for all U14 & U16 girls.

Training is on Tuesday evenings with the U16 Lionesses at the Southdown club from 6.30 to 7.30pm. This runs September to April during the season (starting 8th September 2026). In the off season you can still play summer hockey with our Mixed Junior Hockey each Tuesday through the summer term at the same times.

For those keen on Summer Hockey there's more coaching and game time available at Lewes HC for our younger players this summer than ever before. Please watch news notes and whatsapp groups, but to summaries:
Evening mixed junior drop-in at 6 to 7.15pm each Tuesday through the summer term (for U14s and U12s ranges)
For the more experienced U14 and older player there's also Monday Night Hockey (7.25 to 9pm) and Saturday Summer 6s (11.15 to 12.30)
