Lewes Hockey Club

The Lion Cubs are the young U14 feeder team for the Lions. This year we have our players supporting our Lions in the Saturday Sussex Development League each week more than ever and playing in the Tier 2 England Hockey League on every third Sunday or so. All new players from year 6 upwards welcome.

We train from 6:00 to 7:15pm with the Lions on a Thursday evening during School terms September to April, starting from the 3rd September, 2026.

For those keen on Summer Hockey there's more coaching and game time available at Lewes HC for our younger players this summer than ever before. Please watch news notes and whatsapp groups, but to summaries:
Evening mixed junior drop-in at 6 to 7.15pm each Tuesday through the summer term (for U14s and U12s ranges)
For the more experienced U14 and older player there's also Monday Night Hockey (7.25 to 9pm) and Saturday Summer 6s (11.15 to 12.30)
