Lewes started this must win game with positive intent and within ten minutes found themselves two goals to the good thanks to Sam Rea and Pete Thomas. Yet, with the men in green seemingly switching off with still 60 minutes on the clock, the visitors pounced twice before the break to level the score. Some stern but simple words at half time refocused Lewes and, regaining their composure, they were rewarded ten minutes from time as Scott Collier coolly slotted in the winner from the top of the circle. The team now look forward to their national final on Saturday 2nd May.
