Motion Physiotherapy has teamed up with the Southdown club to provide players with an opportunity to have their injury assessed and diagnosed by chartered physiotherapist Penny Nicholls, with over 10 years physio experience. Once a player's diagnosis is discussed they will be given advice on how to manage their problem. Its available to all club players (who have paid their hockey subs) and will run 6-7pm on Thursdays. Players can book by calling the Southdown Club on 01273 480630 and booking in for their 15 minute appointment or you can fill your name in on the sheet which is up on the noticeboard. The first hockey clinic will be on Thursday 16th Nov.
