We are currently in the 2025 off-season enjoying our summer, though the Lionesses training for 2025-26 will start again on Tuesday 9th September 2025, at 6.30-7.30pm. Training will be lots of fun with an emphasis on inclusivity, so never shy away, all levels of experience are welcome - there's a place on the pitch for everyone!

Over the summer if you are keen please consider either our mixed juniors on a Tuesday at 6.00-7.15pm through term or our Monday nights adults group (for the more experienced).

With regards matches - there's a lot going on this year for our Lionesses and Nalas. We are looking at running one side each Saturday from 22nd September in the fabulous Sussex Development League as well as entering both an U14 (Tier 3) & U16 (Tier 2) girls team in the England Hockey leagues which play on Sundays every three weeks or so. Lots of hockey to arrange so please have your availability at the ready - Julia, Sasha, Tom and Nick will most certainly need you!
