Lewes Ladies 2s went into the game against Horsham, knowing that they really needed some points from their final two games.

Both sides were determined in their play and fought for every ball. However, despite putting in 100% effort, Lewes were unable to break down a determined Horsham defence.

In an evenly matched game, Horsham managed to score from penalty corners and Lewes were frustrated by the Horsham defence and goalkeeper.

A disappointing result for the ladies 2s who have found it so difficult to find the back of the net since Christmas.
