This was a disappointing result for the Ladies second team who dominated the match from start to finish, with Crawley managing to score from a penalty corner.

Lewes dominated midfield and the ball spent most of the time in the Crawley half of the pitch, with most of the Crawley players being camped out in their own D for much of the game.

Despite having many chances, Lewes could not break down the human barrier that Crawley seemed to erect in front of their goal, resulting in a frustrating loss away from home.
