Pretty similar plan to those that were there last year except we will be doing more of an anti-pasti/Italian style food in the evening rather than a bbq. Will also make sure tickets to be purchased in advance of the day. Will give Charlotte a much better idea on numbers and isn’t caught out like she was with the bbq.

18.00 onwards : Food, raffle, auction and drinks alongside hopefully a DJ and music until late
The whole point of this weekend is to further highlight Tom and the amazing work that has been done through the charity since his terrible accident back in December 2015 to show the impact of organ donor’s and how they have been able to change and save other people’s lives. Organ Donor week follows this event from 2nd - 9th of September so is perfect on the back of the success of last year.
