Not only are we playing the usual half pitch games we'll be finishing on the netball courts with a prize giving ceremony with special one off prizes including trophies, medals and others!

Originally started by PT as a follow on session from the inaugural Back to hockey campaign MNH has grown and evolved ever since to be not only our most popular session of the week but also the only one we run all year round.

So what is Monday night hockey (MNH)?
Monday night hockey is a mixed turn up and play session which runs every week 7.30-9pm at the Southdown sports club.
We split into 4 or more teams using different colours bibs (still using the original donated bibs, regularly washed of course!) and play a mini round robin tournament, using slightly reduced rules from league hockey to encourage inclusion and safer hockey while playing as a team.

Anyone 13 or over are welcome, all you need to bring are a stick, mouth guard, shin pads and a water bottle.
All skill levels and experience welcome.
