This summer we shall be again running our Back to hockey sessions starting on Tuesday 2nd May 7.30-9pm then every Tuesday throughout May, June and July.

Back to hockey are fun social sessions where you can learn new skills, make friends and burn off calories without even realising! So if you've ever fancied giving hockey ago or are looking to get back into playing after sometime away then Back to hockey is for you.

We do recommend that everyone playing hockey wears shin pads and mouth guards. We do have sticks available at the club that can be used if needed.

All sessions are at the Southdown sports club, Cockshut road, Lewes, BN7 3PR.

Your first session is FREE then £10 a session thereafter.
