Hockey subscriptions are fixed annually and must either be paid in full by October 15th of the commencing season or paid by continuous payment authority over 8 months commencing before 15th October.

ALL PAYMENTS MUST BE MADE THROUGH PITCHERO - An assignment through Pitchero will be sent out to each member.

Concessions for the various membership categories and playing conditions can be considered on an individual basis by a written request to our Committee via your Women's or Men's Captain.

New members joining within the season will be considered for a pro-rata amount covering remaining season or activities.

U18 Membership (or U16 Playing Adult League Hockey): - £277 p.a. or 8 x £37.25.
Membership of the Adult Hockey section and includes:
o Adult League Matches;
o Adult Friendly Matches;
o Match teas on home games in line with club tea policy;
o Club training (Women Tuesdays, Men Thursdays);
o Social Monday Nights Hockey;
o Saturdays Summer Sixes;

• These U18 Hockey members will pay a £5 match fee for Junior EH Sunday league hockey as this is extra to the adult Saturday league commitments.

• All our U18 Hockey members are also members of the Southdown Sports Club and can use the Tennis, Squash and Gym* facilities in line with the SDSC junior sections. (*Gym is over 16s only).

U16 Lion & Lioness: - £164 p.a. or 8 x £23.13.
Membership of our Hockey Junior Section and includes:
o Club training (Lionesses Tuesday, Lions Thursday);
o Club entering of Saturday Development Leagues, Sunday EH U14&U16 Leagues and Sunday EH U16 Cups;
o Full insurance and Junior members rights.
o Parents of our young players please register your number plate on the reception tablet for parking when attending hockey sessions/matches.

• Match Fees for all games played (inc SDL, EH leagues and limited adult hockey) will be charged at £5 as a contribution to our pitch fund, clubhouse, managers, season awards event, cup entries and teas on home games where possible.

• Players that are 13 and over can be invited to play Social Monday Night Hockey and Saturday Summer Sixes with adult club players.

• All our U16 Hockey members are also members of the Southdown Sports Club and can use the Tennis and Squash facilities in line with the SDSC Junior sections.

U12 /Puma Members: - £123 p.a. or 8 x £18.00.
Membership of the Hockey Junior Section and includes:
o Club training on Sundays (see times for age groups);
o Club entering of Sunday U12 & U10 League, Cups and Tournaments; Club entering of Sunday U8 tournaments and festivals;
o Full insurance and Junior members rights.
o Parents of our young players please register your number plate on the reception tablet for parking when attending hockey sessions/matches.

• Match Fees for games played will be charged at £5 as a contribution to our pitch fund, tournament entries, clubhouse, managers, season awards event

• All our U12 Hockey members are also members of the Southdown Sports Club and can use the Tennis and Squash facilities in line with the SDSC Junior sections.

Individual Social Membership: - £165 p.a. plus pay as you play up to 5 matches
This membership is for those finding their way back into the sport or starting out and includes:
o Allowed to play games for M5, M6, L4 and Legends.
o A £10 match fee will be charged for the first five games played (incl pre-season games),
o Club training (Women Tuesdays, Men Thursdays);
o Fitness with Mauro (Men Tuesdays, Women Thursdays);
o Social Monday Nights Hockey;
o Saturdays Summer Sixes;
o Full insurance and members rights.
o NO free parking included - please register your number plate on the reception tablet for parking when using the Club as per a visitor.

• Available in 1st Year of consideration only, initial contribution to the running cost of the Club and allows individuals to develop at Club training, Social Monday Nights or Saturday Summer Sixes.

• Beyond the 5 games the individual will be required to take up an alternate membership option - previous amounts paid will be taken into consideration.

Associate Membership:- £82 p.a.
o For Non-Playing members & umpire supporters who are active in helping our club tick and want to enjoy the clubhouse, plus have a club voice;
o Includes Full insurance and members rights.
o NO free parking included - please register your number plate on the reception tablet for parking when using the Club as per a visitor.

Monday Night Hockey
o free for all subs paying members. £10 per session or summer period for non-members. Though you are encouraged to be a social member at £165 above to cover just these activities through the year.
