With one game left to spare in the current season, the plans for next year are already well underway. One change I can confirm that will take place after the final game against Henley on the 2nd April is the departure of Stuart Goodman as 1st team coach. Stu has coached the side for the past two seasons, and in the last 12 months dedicated additional time coaching both the club training and the Lions on Thursday nights where he's done an excellent job. Stu is graduating from Sussex University this year and moving into the world of full time work. I wish him every success in the future, and hopefully we can persuade him to grace the field as an outfield player in future years.

With this in mind, we are openly starting to take applications and actively searching for the role of 1st team coach for next season. Whoever takes over the role will be acquiring a squad with a great deal of talent and potential and I hope an appointment can be announced over the coming months.

Full details of the role can be found here, can all applications please send a CV and covering letter to Please send CV and contact details by email to: peterboyse@farmline.com or by post to
Peter B Boyse 13 Bradford Road, Lewes, East Sussex BN7 1RB.
